If you already have a burglar alarm installed and are unhappy with your current service provider or want to reduce your monthly monitoring costs, we can transfer your existing alarm system onto our monitoring & maintenance package. We will need to ask you several questions about your existing alarm to see whether it conforms to the current regulations. We will also need to carry out an inspection of the alarm and full risk assessment to ensure that your alarm system is providing you with the necessary protection. ( sequential confirmation )

If your existing alarm is currently being monitored and you have an existing URN (Unique Reference Number) issued by your Local Police Authority, you will need to obtain this from your current service provider in order to ensure a smooth transfer and no interruption to your police response.
